    A short call to understand your goals, timeline and constraints. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

    Scoped proposal

    A written proposal with milestones and deliverables, priced fixed or time-and-materials.

    Design & architecture

    Mockups, data model and architecture reviewed with you before production code is written.

    Iterative build

    Short iterations with regular async updates and a working build to try early.

    QA & launch

    Automated tests, manual checks, store submission and deployment to your infrastructure.
